I don't know, how i missed this video. I should have notified your channel earlier. Thanks for your answer on your recent video. I thought about to buy an Ultimaker 2 to, but they are kinda vanished. Not even on the official Ultimaker website they say why they stopped to produce the UM2

The print is not hot to the touch after it's done printing.  I can touch it immediately.

I just gotta know, so I hope you see this and respond. 
The technology for 3D printing has been around since the 80s. 
So why hasn't anyone decided to start a company like ultimaker earlier? 
I mean how complicated could it be for a professional programmer to make a nossle move in a particular pattern in 3D space?

I tried to reset the ultimaker 2 factory and it does not leave page 3 it gives error er05 swits I was seeing the swits is working correctly which I will be able to do because now I can't get back

Going on 3 years since this video was made and it's still a decent looking little 3D printer. Seems a bit of calibrating to set-up though.

Hi! When I try to relevel my bed I noticed at step 2 (when the head moves to the left corner) the head isn't in the same place as yours in the video. It's far more left, almost on the edge of the glassplate. It also does that when I go to the other corner. I'm having problems with first layers lately (it skips a few 'infill-lines')  and I'm not really sure if this would be the cause of my problems

I wonder if you could help me.
I have recently started using the Ultimaker 2 printer.
I have successfully designed and printed some small objects.
I have now designed a very simple object which is a little larger than my first efforts.
The problem is with this one file when the printing process begins to lay the raft the print nozzle is around 1 to 2 mm above the build plate and i end up with a birds nest.
It doesnt happen with any of the other files on the SD card, the build table is levelled as it should be.
Do you have any idea what i am doing wrong?
