The ranger bead is just for counting steps. If you want a knot that slides along two strands of rope, actually Cobra knots (4) provides a slider that can help you regulate the size of a loop. Or opening of a bag of sweets, or a sack. So, create a loop double the size of the corestrands fitting you as a bracelet. Or bigger. Then from a separate paracord, take2-3 feet and start making cobraknots around these oversized bracelet corestrands. You can start with a simple grannyknot, then do 4 cobraknots, snip and cinch. Even tho it might not be as reliable as a tautknot it works pretty good. Tautknot can be tricky to get to. 4 Cobraknots are easy to find and pull. Anyway great upload thx!!!
