Honda did an excellent job with this new generation Passport. I love the boxy, rugged look and especially PASSPORT stamped into the bumper just below the grille and at the bottom of the tailgate. Also, the amber LED daytime running lights give it a distinctive look, not unlike many current Kia SUVs.

With all Toyota SUVs in the $50K+ range and this offering a V6 with a capable AWD system, I think this is a winner! I’m sure not gonna use it for off-roading but more for paved mountain passes in the winter time.

I get the feeling that Honda is going to sway a lot of Toyota buyers to buy this. V6, no turbo, Excellent 4WD system, looks good and potentially a lot more reliable from a powertrain standpoint.

I like the Land Cruiser way more however this engine is bulletproof unlike that turbo 4.

Love the new look of the passport. 4 things i dont like about honda V6s
1. Timing belt engine
2. button shifters(newer models)
3. Electronic parking brakes.
4. S2pd VCM
