Moonton, just change his passive, it's the most useless passive in the game RN. If you try to buff it it'll become OP as it becomes a purify spell with no cooldown. So just change it. Something like increased magic power or slow each time he deals damage to an enemy or whatever unique.

Harith should be a meta jungler, one of the hardest heroes in the game mechanically. They should buff him, but a small buff wouldnt be enough, cuz the new heroes would still be better, i think the M1 harith with only 17 nerfs instead of 27 wouldn't even be in the meta. From the four OP junger from season 10-15 (Lunox, Gusion, Esmeralda, Harith) only 2 remained in the meta (Lunox, Esme) and only one (Gusion) played as the jg, but hes also kinda meh. I would like to see Lunox and Harith and jg in the meta.
