Hello i dont normally comment but i just wanted to say that you are the only person that ive seen one here who genuinely care about these babies and will stay true to your commitment to care for them for the duration. All others only see and care about the $$$$ then when the baby isnt so cute anymore theyre sent to their death tossed back to the wild without the skills needed to survive, so sad. The emotional devastation that causes is enough to make them grieve themself to death. It so nice to see good people left in this world it makes my heart happy and gives me a little more faith in humanity. Thank you and god bless your lovely family

She seems to have settled in well. How goes it with intros? I also wanted to ask if you'd comment on your socialization protocols. Assuming Jypsy's first round of vaccines are complete, where do you take her and how often? What's her primary and extended social network like? What core skill behaviors do you onboard initially?

I know you're a busy Mama, but I would love to see you do some tutorials, everything from bathing and diapering to task training to introducing housemates. I know you did some instructional videos early with Jazzy, and I think it's a great idea with multiple benefits. First, it showcases you as a responsible owner/handler and creates a positive image of captive primate private ownership, it serves as a reference for new owners or those considering adopting primates, it would demonstrate the differences between saimiri and macaca, and hopefully offset the many abuses that are occurring that give this such a stigma. You could highlight products and techniques that you find successful and even earn some product tester perks and endorsements. Maybe have a monthly product giveaway? I bet some of the other owners, both here and abroad, would enjoy having an ego and judgement-free space to share stories and ideas, as well as recieve support, which can be hard to come by. I think you have the potential to become quite a resource and encourage you to consider it. I bet the girls would love it, too!

Where did you get the rhesus macaque? I’ve been looking for one but it’s hard to find a legitimate good breeder online. Everyone seems to be selling, capuchins, green monkeys, marmosets, spider monkeys but I can’t seem to find a macaque. Any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
