Just got mine today. I was afraid it was gonna be too menu divy. Naaahh, it doesn't even feel like you're menu diving. Everything is quickly accessible, easy to tweak, intuitive and at a reach. The only thing I needed the manual for was how to save a preset. I got to say, I am heavily impressed. Got it, unboxed, pluged into my phone charger, grabbed my headphones, powered it on, got on my couch making patches and tweaking everything. I truly got lost and forgot something else than me and the synth existed. I got to say, when I finally noticed the cats... their expressions have let me know that they've been hungry for hours waiting for me to notice them. I'm alive but damn fun micro synth tbh. Good job Berhinger! P.S. No cat was harmed during this review. The human has some scratches. The cats weren't truly hungry, had all the food they want, but they wanted that other flavour.

We're at a crazy point in synth history where you can buy hardware cheaper than the plugin.

I love how the keys are arranged. You get an octave PLUS a scale tone lower and higher. That way you can resolved to the root from the subdominant and from the second scale degree. If it was c to c that would imply starting and endinh at the lowest or highest note for C major key melodies. This small change opens things up so much.

I love how they keep adding different tiny items next to it for scale!

To anyone wondering, you can use a USB MIDI Hub to connect it to a keyboard without using a computer. I've done it myself.

My dream would be a full jp-8000 reboot. ❤ 90's trance was, and always will be, the 💣

This will look so cute on top of my JP8000 <3

What a lovely sound in such a tiny box

It is one of the best Behringer synths. But we need midi connections (in/out) to use it in our live setups to enjoy it fully-featured . Thank you

I do wish it had a dedicated midi port, that keeps me from using it live. But it’s still amazing

Freaking awesome!!!! I Really hope this is the future of the form factor of hardware synthesizers. Affordable and super portable.

Sounds great, just wish I had the space for it

I love that crunchy DAC. If a knobby version of this comes out, I'm so there. Stick it in the same form factor as the Pro One and Neutron, and I'll love you forever.

Sounds great, but I would have loved to hear some trance style leads/arpeggios using the Supersaw waveform.

Behringer keeps impressing me every single year. Well done! ✌️😎💯

Pretty cool, but no dedicated midi port is kind of a deal breaker. They could have al least included a 3.5mm midi port.

Why is this 80s if the JP8000 came out in 97? A full size would be great.

Well I’ve ordered one from Andertons in the UK. These are so tiny it’s going to be easy to fit them in the little gaps between other stuff.

I preordered one of these back in April. I am so excited for this. I love these smaller synths. I love that it can be powered by a phone or battery pack and take it anywhere to jam on it. Sounds good.
