Higher inflation lead to Higher interest rate, while lower inflation lead to lower interest rate.
Kyonki inflation ko control karne ke liye interest rate ko increase kiya jata hai.
Aur jab lower inflation ho to interest decrease karne ka scope hota hai jisse production/services ko more than efficient banaya ja sake... Aur production badhaya ja sake jisse aur demand create ho...
