I love Sabrina and I don’t think that she deserves the hate she’s getting AT ALL. But that they’re friends doesn’t mean the song couldn’t be about her, because Olivia is not hating the “blonde hair” in her song, she’s just singing about how the guy she wanted liked the blonde girl better. I mean, I can be friends with someone and still be hurt by them getting the guy I wanted. So, I do believe the song is about Sabrina, but I don’t think she deserves hate for falling in love.

Ok, here's my theory. Hear me out.
Olivia's original lyrics were "brunette girl", not blonde. Sabrina's hair has been blonde almost ALL her life. Neither of the girls had ever confirmed a relationship with Joshua either.
So my theory is, Olivia was heartbroken by someone who isn't Joshua, she wrote that song, she saw the drama, in order for the song to blow out, she changed the lyrics.
I'm not even gonna get to Joshua's song, cause he'd been working on it for the last two years. Way before Driver's License.
Sabrina saw how Olivia was using her for clout, so she wrote Skin, and published it. The song isn't about Joshua, it's about how Olivia used them both for clout and managed to make them seem like the bad guys. Sabrina did the same thing to her.
All the songs are awesome, but neither would get so many views if people didn't think it was about each other.

In my opinion I think Sabrina is cashing in on olivia rodrigo success because she could have responded in a insta story or something it wasn’t like the whole song was about her it was 2 words in my, opinion skin is a cash grab and a way for Sabrina to rub. Something in Olivia face plus Olivia is 17 Sabrina is 20 the way she responded was just not right
