My daughter worked every summer with camps & she loved it. It made her so much more responsible. I didn’t think about the friends aspect, but you’re right, they did have an impact. All these kids we’re working too. I have a lot of respect for families who support a work ethic in their children because it’s important for growth as opposed to parents who provide cash.

I appreciate the insight about teenagers. My wife and I have 6 children, with 4 of them being teens. Thank you for encouraging us today. We love our children.

So true, working from home also isolates this generation .

I guess toilet paper is an indicator when you think about it as a basic commodity everyone needs, but doesn't vary all that much in quality. Even bad TP is much better than using newspaper as a substitute. But the tell is that average people are looking for more bargains, whereas people in a higher economic category are not likely to notice the price of TP, it at least is one of the first sacrifices a low-income family will make.

I took my daughter to Dairy Queen for a couple of Blizzards. I wound up spending over $20 for both of us-- I don't doubt that's what DQ has to charge, but that is a big bite out of my wallet for a simple snack like that.

Could rebellion be a better word for revolution when referring to LGBT etc. ?

It seems like a Roman Catholic priest worth his salt wouldn't offer the Mass to a Protestant.

Newsflash: She nor Albert Mohler would be able to participate in the eucharistic because it is a closed communion.
