Take your money and run. Left for NC.Brand new 2700 ft house on a lake. 400k . Taxes are less than half. Electric 1/3. Auto ins.60% less.Fresh air.(Yes you can tell the difference). NY was just so bad, we took the leap of faith. I even retired early because things were so much cheaper

if you are making the mortgage payments then don't put her name on the house deed. Also put your cars under a pvt co so she can't take them. theres alot of other stuff but I'm not a pro

Nyc is not segregated like dallas so i rather live in a small apt in nyc then a big apt in dallas, cheaper is not always better....choose north carolina better if you wanna go country
