How to Use Sticky Keys in Microsoft Windows Tutorial

Sticky Key is a great feature of Windows Ease of Access Center for people, who have accessibility problems. Sticky Keys let you spare yourself from the hassle of holding Shift, Control, & Alter Keys.

If you enable Sticky Keys, then you don't need to continuously hold down a key to use key combinations. You can press the Shift, Control, and Alter key once and then press another key. You can also lock keys while using Sticky Keys. In this tutorial, we will teach you how to use Windows Sticky Keys and other features available in Sticky Keys settings?

Sticky Keys are specially designed for people who have difficulty holding two or more keys at a time.
Please note, this video has been created using Windows 7, and working with Mouse Keys feature is similar in the later versions of Microsoft Windows.

I just injured my shoulder and my left arm is bound up for the next 6 weeks. I found this is a very useful summary on how this works as I have to use these keys constantly throughout the day. I used my big toe at one point to hold the crtl key down while I selected items with the mouse using my right hand when I decided to try and use this (a feature which is not terribly intuitive). BTW, I am using the sticky keys to type this as my first test.
