I wonder if it was some cloth or something because it has streaks on it. I have a struck through grease slabed error quarter No doubt error coins are cool especially when you find one going through your pocket change. I once got a barber dime frim a vending machine

Kinda looks like it's been struck through grease, it's only on the face and not the reverse. If it was a brockage then there would be traces of it on the reverse as well. I would get some other opinions before sending it off tho.
