How to put on your Nasal Cannula | 'Nose tubes' for your Activated Oxygen / Hydrogen machine

It’s easy when you know how, but if you’re new to putting on your nasal cannula (‘nose tubes’) for your #ActivatedOxygen device / #HydrogenMachine / #Oxygen canister, it can be tricky!

1# Place the prongs of the cannula comfortably into your nostrils. If you have curved prongs, ensure they are curving ‘back and down’, rather than ‘up’ or ‘forward’.

2# Loop the tubing on each side around your ears. This should fit comfortably, secure enough, but not too tight.

3# adjust the plastic toggle at the neck, moving it up or down as necessary, so that the cannula sits comfortably on your face; without falling off, and not feeling too tight.

Most users find that it feels a little odd to wear the cannula for the first few minutes, but after that it should be quite comfortable and unobtrusive.
