Reopen the mental institutions and state hospital. Evaluate these people.. if they are drug addicts. Or mentally ill. Hold them. There are not willing or able to make decisions for themselves.

They aren't camping. Camping is a recreational activity done for fun and relaxation and to spend time with nature. These people are setting up tents to live in (to exist) because they haven't got access to a house or apartment for whatever reason. We need to start up poor farms again. A place where a person can live and work on a small farm, in exchange for a place to live and basic services such as a place to wash up and do laundry. They could also learn new skills or get help for other social services type of stuff. Kicking these people to the curb is not a suitable or sustainable solution.

Mealy mouthed republican legislators. Do your job. We should cut your salaries.
