"Just stop procrastinating" great advice, I'll get right on that, maybe later.

Alex: “You know way more than I do”
Chris: “Shut up”

That dialogue cracked me up, but it shows the chemistry between you two and how great your friendship is. Thank you for these interviews.

Chris, you have become one of the best interviewers on the scene. Every question you ask shows the depth of research you have done prior to the interview and I can tell that your guests notice this as well. I was one of those who developed a morning routine with breathing exercises, cold showers, walking, meditation, etc. one day I realized that I spent maybe 2 hours on prepping for work. Now I get right to it every day and in my breaks I do parts of my morning routine. I get 70% more work done every day this way. Would love to keep on praising you but there is work to be done.

Procrastination is such a killer. I have been using the Pomodoro method my friend in Medical school uses. Sucked it up and bought a chess timer. Best investment ever! Now I throw my cell phone out of sight and just open the laptop to write and prospect. Thank you Alex and Chris, you have both been the mentors I needed to change my life! Much Love.

I needed to hear that blueprint. That was huge for me. Thank you.

So many “influencers” mentally masturbate to “high performance habits”.

It’s been very freeing to not feel like I must do a cold plunge followed my shouting affirmations in the mirror to be productive

I love this! My internal phrase is just do it. I call all days of the week Something Day cuz I enjoy them all equally.
I love what he said about being addicted to work. That praise generally has a negative connotation with many people, but not, I think, the most successful ones. 😎

i find this especially true with cold door knocking. best not to over think it. just get to knocking and warm up and refine as u go because there's an endless amount of doors to knock on.

This hits deep, I’ve always wanted to be a writer but I’m waiting for the perfect storm of conditions to start rather than just getting on with it and now I feel like I’ve been called out 😂

great video. the open loop / close loop is also stated in buddhism and other wise philsophies too )that line up with neuroscience).

1:30 Open loop vs Closed loop - Cliffhangers, finishing halfway through the sentence (open loops) - reduces the activation energy required to finish the sentence the next day, & more importantly, keeps the sentence active in your brain (so you are constantly thinking about it).

From my current point in life this and Chris's discussion on committing to one thing for a year and acting as a pro hit home so hard.

Incredible value.

The blueprint for making an average Tuesday becoming a good day, that Alex Hormozi has achieved is this, The requirements are creation, contribution, and connection as long as you accomplish these three things throughout the day you will perpetually have a good day.

what I love about this episode is Alex is razzing Chris a bit but Chris keeps it professional and focused.
Nice work Chris.

Im a student, but i do deliveries as a side gig, and the hardest part of delivering shit is defnitely just starting, that first delivery in the scorching sun or the rain sucks ten times more than the second one
