This is a general warm-up that I recommend you do before each exercise.

Warming up before exercise is important because it allows your muscles to warm up gradually, which increases their flexibility and reduces the risk of injury during training. Warming up also helps prepare your body for exercise by improving blood circulation and delivering oxygen to your muscles. Finally, warming up helps you focus on your workout, relax your mind, and prepare you for exercise.
