We've been crying out for a forward like Alfie May for years. He's like an energiser bunny but still has insane composure in front of goal.

Ayumu's performance is very good! He receives the ball well between the lines and is always able to dribble in the right spots. You can also repeat upper limit exercises. I'm looking forward to his performance in the Carabao Cup match against Fulham! 🔥

Cracking finish from Keshi and great composure from Alfie. Well done lads. Slight concern that we were getting done for height on some of those corners. There was a couple of clear headers that Orient will be disappointed not to have scored from. Hopefully the Ben Davies rumour has some legs and he joins this week as the central defence does not inspire confidence for me. Yokoyama looks a really good player and not afraid to shoot. Something we need more of. I think he will make that left sided attacking spot his own before long. Orient looked decent and will be disappointed not to have taken something from the game but credit to Blues for digging out an important win when we are still in the process of finding our feet and starting to gel as a team. Good luck to Orient until they play us again and KRO.

Happy for Keshi to finally score a goal. Orient looked a tough team on their own patch. Their sub Ageyi looked a real handful. We need to cut out the mistakes at the back but we look great going forward. When's the last time we scored so many goals from open play.

So were still in August and already won the same amount of away games as we did in all of last season.

I thought we were great 1st half, maybe just struggled to control the game in 2nd but we got the 3 points.
I think with the playing out from the back we're going to concede more goals like today, but we've shown that we can react well and regain the lead.

Blues being Blues we concede from our own throw in.. like last week against Wycombe we concede from an attack and juke’s cross into the box. Once these mistakes are cut out we will be comfortable in games. Great win considering Orient played well. Good game to watch even though it was a bit high risk at times. Pleased for Keshi on getting his goal as he has been great so far. KRO

Defo need another striker I think if may gets injured were stuffed but I think the goals should come from all over the pitch and they will, just need a back up striker but we'll done lads good game again and everyone puts the graft in and that's all we can ask kro❤

Was a matter of time til we conceded from messing around at the back, hopefully we don’t see too many more of those. The high press seemed to really pay off though. Good win on the road, on to the next one. KRO

Another 3 points on the board, and we're still very much a work in progress. Playing the way we do, we're going to get caught out sometimes (it is what it is 😬😬) but as much as i dont like us playing out from the back ALL of the time, it's clearly the way we're going to play and it's successful more times than not.

We look really good at times, and we have goals in the team. Every side we play against will have their moments in the match. Luckily, Leyton Orient only put one away, and as a result of the high press, we scored 2 goals to take home all 3 points.

Some of the play at times is really pleasing on the eye and we have a really strong looking squad, hopefully with the addition of one or two to come in before the transfer window closes.

Overall, what a great time to be a Blues fan.

as a ten year fulham fan watching Luke harris balling is good, but being Chinese + seeing loads of Japanese and Korean easily walk in starting eleven in EFL give me goosebumps, massive respect to these youngsters.

That first goal was all Alfie May's. His running and high pressing is second to none. Love the guy!
