I didn't think he fired a shot. He spoke honestly. AEW is a secondary promotion, second to WWE because of course it is. WWE is an immensely huge company that AEW are years away from reasonably competing with.

He is not wrong though. WWE has been estabilished for a long time and its a more global company. AEW is only a few years old and is already considered a top Wrestling promotion. Its really not a big deal.

Even if he is taking a shot at AEW, why is it that everyone goes up in arms when HHH takes a tiny shot even though half of Tony Kahn’s identity for the first few years of AEW was taking shots at WWE

It’s a double standard… when AEW wrestlers or Tony Khan take shots at WWE everyone cheers and agrees but when WWE take shots at AEW, which they rarely do, people react like if they’re saying a racial slur and should be canceled

No matter if you hate or love wwe what Triple H said is a fact, no championship holds the prestige of the WWE championship and it is the primary title/ promotion in wrestling. WWE to this point has outgrown pro wrestling, people say “ why did you just do a wwe move” not “ why did you just do a pro wrestling/ Aew move” not to mention the money, ticket sales, ratings & popularity all say wwe is #1 .

He's technically not wrong but this is how I see it nowadays. I like both WWE and AEW, the way I see it now though is WWE is more for a younger audience because it's PG and nothing like it was when we were younger and AEW is more for adults

Hate to say it but I have a feeling that All In won’t live up to everyone’s expectations. The event has been heralded as a history-making event but there are no big storylines ready for a pay-off. They’ve also got to hold something back for All Out. If Jeff Jarrett vs Grado is a match at All In, let’s just hope it’s a pre-show.

Like it or not, H spoke the truth and anyone who gets upset by that cant handle truth or criticism. WWE is second to none. Call it professional wrestling, call it sports entertainment, WWE is the mountain top. History, sales, by any metric, WWE is the top of the game and AEW isn't even remotely close to being mid 90's WCW and toppling the king. Not to mention the vast difference in naming alone ... the pageantry and grandeur of WrestleMania vs ... All In/All Out? Like seriously? Doesnt even sound as prestigious as Wrestle Kingdom.

i prefer AEW personally but it is the second biggest company in the business and that’s rather impressive considering it’s only been around for what, 4 years or so. you don’t have to be number one to be well respected or well liked.

Just like any MMA promotion to a normal person is "did you see the UFC last night?" professional wrestling is WWE. It's a billion dollar conglomerate.

Aew regularly hosts better wrestling matches, but WWE is wrestling to the masses.
