Day in the life of an Oscar Mayer Wienermobile driver

To say Isaac Wilker’s ride is subtle is a bit of an understatement.

Wilker, 23, is an Oscar Mayer Wienermobile driver, or Hotdogger as they’re known in that sector. That Wienermobile is his full-time method of transportation.

Back in 1969 while working my very first job as an hourly after school janitor in a warehouse for 'The Limited' clothing stores I was sweeping up the front parking lot when a 30 foot long OM weinermobile pulled in to park while the crew accessed the burger joint next door. Be aware that at that time the entire crew consisted of dwarf men in costumes who were frowning and looked exhausted. I had the distinct honor and privilege of walking back to the rear of the warehouse to report to my new boss - "Hey Bob! A 30 foot long fiberglass weiner just pulled into the parking lot and three midgets climbed out!" He did a double take, looking me in the eye. I said "seriously! see for yourself!" and only smiled a little. Of course most of the crew had to run to the front to see if I was kidding. After that event every minor detail or incident I reported to Bob was while wearing that same smirk and saying Hey Bob! and he couldn't help but crack up no matter what I 49 years ago

since when did oscar Meyer become mayer? mandela effect in action i grew up singing that damn weiner song when i was a kid.. it was always Meyer... freakin strange
