Always remember there are different bands and model numbers for North American apple products which may create a bit of a software related problem. In my case I bought an Apple Watch from cellbuddy which was an LLA model, but when I moved to the UK my watch didn’t supported cellular network on my UK iPhone. So that was the biggest trade off for me!
