Do the leftover skill points more show the bustedness of the Norfleet or Maya's skill trees versus raid encounters? Or both?? Hmmm

How are you switching weapons so fast? When I tried using that method it took several seconds (more like 1 but when you're trying to beat 8 seconds it feels like an eternity) to switch once.
