Jenna, First I hate that people would make disparaging comments to anyone. If you don’t enjoy someone, go away. Second, I have always been drawn to your quiet and honest reviews of the items you share, such as your comment today about the book stand. I am proud of you for being honest instead of gushing to attain more clicks and sales. Finally, thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing what you absolutely did not need to do, sharing your struggles. I will be praying for both you and your precious daughter.
My son suffered through depression during high school and early college. As a mother it was terrifying. Knowing a relative whose daughter committed suicide after wanting to go on antidepressants because it was easier, I absolutely refused to allow him to go that direction and therapy is what pulled him through. My adult daughter has also availed herself to therapy through a difficult time in her life. I highly recommend it. However, if you don’t click with who is helping you, change. Therapy is for YOU not the doctor. Don’t assume they are right if it feels wrong for you. Get another opinion.
You are brave, beautiful and strong. Believe in yourself and personally what makes me strong is my belief in Jesus.
