This is mod only if you want Wrench in free roam. I don’t remember the mod name for it.

The only reason that watchdogs legion is a good game is that HE is in the game. If Wrench/Aidan wasn't there, legion would never have stood a chance

its really easy to play as wrench as long as you have pc by getting scripthook downloaded and ultimate mod overhaul downloaded and move patch 3.dat and patch 3.fat into datapack.x64 (i believe the folder is) and dragging it into therem it gives you wrench as well as other characters and npc models
