Great video. I haven't tried using a reference photo, and I can see that would help with white balance drifting. The way the brain internally adjusts during an edit session is weird and very real (remember the white & gold dress photo?). You also make a good point that but you've done a better job with an edit if people don't notice the photo itself, but just the subject or intention of the shot.

Really great tips! I think I’m going to give Narrative select a try. Also when you said you find yourself trying to not choose two images that almost the same with slight differences, I felt that 😂

Hey man, new fan here and I just want to say keep up with the good work. As someone who also loves editing I can't help but think you'll do pretty well with dxo photolab. Have you used any other raw processor besides lightroom? And do you plan to?

I just downloaded Narrative Select and I'm a little confused. Is there unlimited culling of images or are the credits used for culling images or just edits?
