If the frame has been cut it's a chopper. If it's a stock geometry frame it's possible it's a bobber.
If it's a new build frame whatever style it's a custom. Stock frame could be a cafe racer or a boardtracker.
Its a slick ride either way. No doubt super fun to ride.
