Ingredients
Water glass measurement 200 ml
300 g petibor biscuits (1.5 packs)
250 ml milk (1.5 cups)
25 g cocoa (2.5 tablespoons)
75 g butter
100 g granulated sugar (1/2 cup)

For the top
200 ml liquid cream
120 g bitter chocolate

Preparation
Put the milk, granulated sugar and cocoa in a sauce pan and cook then add the butter, stir until the butter melts, then break the biscuits into pieces and add the sauce that is already there and mix it, that's it, now put the biscuits on the bottom as in the video, add the filling on top and fix it (Close the edges tightly so that the ganache does not spill down🤗😀) then put the biscuits on the top in the same way, that's done, now it's time for the ganache, put the cream in the sauce pan, put it on the stove, when it reaches the boiling point, turn off the heat, chopped bitter add your chocolate mix until the chocolate melts, the ganache will not be hot it should be at room temperature if you add it hot the biscuit will absorb all the sauce the image will be ruined 😀🥲 anyway add your ganache put it in the fridge wait for about 3-4 hours finally you can slice and serve, i swear even the most incompetent person can make this recipe 😅 it is both easy and crazy 🤪 good luck to those who will try it bon appetit here I go 🙋🏻‍♀️🤗
