Hi there, yes you can add multiple images and videos on a slide at the same time in both ProShow Gold and Producer. Each one gets added as a layer that you can re-position on your slide.

If you have bars on the sides of your video, you may not have filled the frame with your content. You'll need to open your slideshow in ProShow and check to see if your content is filling the frame. If it's not, you'll see black or gray bars on the side.

Hi, you can change the background color of any slide in your show. If you double-click on your slide, click on the bottom left-hand tab for background. and change the background to any color you'd like.

How do you cover that up? Meaning I did a video like this but I have the two light grey bars on each side. Can I take that off?

How do i add a song to 13 slides skip the 14th slide the add a song to 13 more slides and skip the next slide. I have videos that I dont want music on but i dont want it to fade out a song i want it to do the song play the video then start a new song after the video, but i have like 6 or 7 videos so i have to do this process many times to get it to work

I downloaded the Chevron Chic Montage for my ProShow Gold and it says its only available for Producer! This is the whole reason I bought this programme so I can combine my video and photos like in this video. Pretty disappointed.
