It can also be a sign of more going on in the organs especially if it runs in a family. It means a gene is being passed kidneys should be checked. Also all 3rd nipples can get everything a normal nipple can so need to be checked for cancer. However sporadic ones seem to not cause problems.

Hello sir, i am 20 weeks pregnant, i have an lump under my left armpit and extra nipple at upper part of the breast nears to left armpit and now both lump and extra nipple are paining, last month i had an ultrasound about lump they said that it is fibrogandular parenchyma, sir is there any problem about extra nipple please give me a suggestion
