Sadly Excel surveys are only avaiable for bussiness, do you know if Forms can be linked to excel online so that the excel file is always up and updated?

how do I put 0 before number in excel survey? Every time I put example like 0123 the 0 will disappear in excel sheet even though I had change the format in excel sheet
