I am using my lazer to get ardite and cobalt ore for the achievement, and noticed the depth button. That does effect what you get too. Exe. Ardite ore must be between 34 and 96.

Being that the drill is made with a white lens, do I have to add a white lens to the lens spot in the base to get the ores from white lenses?

Is there any reason why no ore would be generated? I play on a Skyfactory 4 server and the only way to get Ardite ore is with the laser. I build it in the nether exactly as you have it (with a yellow lens) and it's running but no ore is being placed in the output section. I logged off and started a private creative world and it's doing the same thing (no ore in the nether). I went back to the overworked and it's working, but I'm not getting Ardite Just something to do with the nether. Any thoughts.

have known how to use these drills for ages now but on a new save i started a few days ago had been running into a weird glitch where my lenses would instantly vanish away into storage. Theres actually a setting that seems to default to on where items in the lens slots are extracted as well as items from the output section. Click the green square under the work bar and uncheck everything. Lenses will now remain in place. Issue/solution valid at 26/3/2025

the more laser drills you have (up to 4) the faster the base works.
