Looking to initiate the trade tomorrow. Selling October puts around 400 premium but hedging1% away is costing 127 on weekly which will exceed sold premium by the end of the month. So not clear on the hedging part. Maybe need to go further out on hedging...please clarify. Thank you.

Sir Vijay Bhai, Its great strategy.. Just need one clarification.. What happens when the SL of 20% is hit after the 3rd trading day and the candle similar to the original candle is not formed till the expiry. Should we wait till the expiry ? Pl. let me know when do i take the next trade?

You have mentioned that the SL is 20% of what one gets on the sale of the option. You also say that one needs to look at the screen once a day at 3.15 pm. Does it mean that at 3.15 pm if you find that the price has increased beyond the SL price, one needs to get out OR at 9.15 am everyday you have to place the SL so that at any time during the day, the SL is hit, one is taken out.
