A lot of self congratulations in this video, but the process is far from being that smooth. Some examples:

For example, I have not been able to find any opened sessions for the last day, I could understand that I do not get exactly what I want, but they should have enough sessions for anyone registered in the conference. I could have booked 4 days instead.

Other example, that cost me some seat registrations I guess. The web site is not as advanced as the mobile app. I waited too long before giving the mobile app a chance. The web site is madness as it does not show you the available seats or a good planner overview.

It would have been awesome to show a week overview for a particular session AND its repeats, to better undertand the options compared to your interests. Instead you have to do the guess work juggling with many links.

The mobile app was down for more than an hour this morning as I was trying to book my last sessions...

Major bug with the mobile app due I think to a constant refresh every few seconds (maybe linked to the 'Available Seats' filter). Scroll down you see a 'Show More', ok but annoying. But then as you are browsing more, the app jumps back to the beginning of the list.

Waiting lists are not well managed and ended up being useless. I should be able to be on several waiting lists for the same time-slot. And then automatically book me a seat for the first one available, and remove me from the other lists. But that was mostly useless anyway since nothing moved in one month, not even added 'repeats'? If the waiting lists were big, did you add 'repeats'? If yes did you notify the ones on the waiting lists?

While there is a huge emphasis on sessions, this is not why I wanted to go there. Sessions can be watched later on YouTube. Hallway discussions, access to experts, in other words what some people call 'unconference' is what I hope for, but how is that setup?

Other issue, this video was posted beginning of November, 2 or 3 weeks after the sessions were opened for reservations.
See you at the conference anyway...
