In this episode we'll take a look at a cheap 50 sqm pre fab tiny house worth 1.5M Philippine pesos or roughly around 30,000 US dollars.

This tiny house has a modern and sleek design with spacious rooms and open living spaces. Because the parts are pre fabricated, it will only take more or less 1 month to deliver and construct this unit upon order.

Like most made by this contractor, the exterior of this tiny house is made out of Pre-Fab GI wall frames, Pre-Painted Galvalume wall cladding and Panelized Insulated Roofing.

To give a better understanding of how this house is designed and engineered, right beside the model unit is a skeleton structure of the house with just the GI wall frames assembled. The GI metal stud frames are specifically planned and riveted together to provide the maximum strength and support that the house needs.

Seeing a house made of GI frames and not Concrete columns and beams might give an impression that the structure is weak and easily broken. But don't be fooled, this tiny house is Storm-Proof and can withstand 250 kph winds!

Now let's take a look inside. The entrance of the tiny house features sliding glass doors that opens up wide into a small front patio. This design seamlessly integrates the indoor and outdoor spaces to provide a unique living experience. It also provides plenty of light to save energy consumption. The living room is on the left side while a small dining area si located on the right. The kitchen is located just beyond the dining area and features regular sized cabinets and a U shaped kitchen counter with a peninsula.

A decent sized bathroom is located at the back with enough space for a comfortable shower, toilet, and sink area.

Now let's check out the bedrooms. This tiny house has two rooms, with one room slightly bigger than the other. The bigger room has enough space to put a queen sized bed, a dresser cabinet, and even a study table if you choose. The smaller room on the other hand has a shorter width and can be used as a kids room, or any kind of room that would suit your needs.

Just note that this Tiny House model only comes in the all inclusive option - meaning everything you see in this video is included in the package except for the furnitures.

Not bad at all for a beautiful modern looking tiny house. For the price, quality, convenience and speed of construction - this will certainly give you a bang for your buck.

To think that most small condo units nowadays are worth around 3M Philippine Pesos or 6K US Dollars here in the Philippines - This Pre Fab Tiny House is certainly a good option to consider.

I like this. I think I would want a cement board on the outer walls and bump the bathroom wall toward the kitchen enough for a nice vanity cabinet. Maybe increase the insulation as another extra but in general it's great.

About 5 yrs ago, my uncle, a businessman, and his friends consider making a smaller version of this. Shipping container size only but complete with solar panels, shower water heater, washing machine, induction cooker, & other necessities. They said their puhunan is about 400k but they plan to sell it for 1.2M. That was years ago.

Would be helpful if you guys mention anything about how it is good for our climate during hot season. Also unsure how well lit is the inside without the lights on? Can this be also modified to have more windows to let more airflow? Does the price varies depending on the size the customer prefer?

I like it very much but i would have prefer to incorporate closet on the wall in each bedroom and a shower that doesn't wet the whole place by separating the shower floor with something. I like entering the bathroom dry for sanitary purpose. And do you deliver to Camarines sur?

Paano po pa ikabit ang metal tracks sa flooring. Hindi kasi ako convince about the durability kung hindi ko malaman sa methodology ng installation ng metal track kasi hindi nala libing ang posti or the flooring itself self serves as the foundation already

Steel frame is the only way to go! There are so many termite problems here with would. 1.5 million seems high though. The front needs more of a homey feel then it would be perfect
