Turkey: Episode 2

This is the 2nd episode of our Series : Turkey-2019 where we travelled from ISTANBUL to ANTALYA. It was a 1hr 15min flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. This airport is around 41km from ISTANBUL on the Asian part of Turkey and takes roughly half an hour from TAKSIM. In Antalya, we stayed in the old City Center, called Kaleiçi, and explored the old city mostly by foot. We visited the famous Hadrian's Gate, the old Marina and the beautiful view points in and around Kaleiçi. There are beautiful eateries selling everything from Doner Kebabs to Turkish Delights. We went to the ruins of the ancient Greek & Roman city if PHASELIS on the Lycian coast. this gem of a place is nestled between the Bey Mountains and the forests of Olympos National Park.
