Worcestershire sauce is fortunate choice, so much umami flavour and combined with butter you can’t go wrong. I think the W sauce helped prevent the butter from burning too.

Hmm, regarding cooking thin cuts of beef of a skillet. The way I recommend doing it is to place the cut beef on the lightly buttered hot skillet, watch the cut as it shrink, and change colour. Then, take it out. Leave it for 3 minutes meanwhile prepare a two table spoon of soy, salt and freshly ground black paper. Mix it and spread with a brush over the cooked cut. Usually, I make around four of these cuts. I roll them a plastic sheet and place them in the fridge for an hour. Then, I take them out cut them and have them in a sandwich. Make sure to toast your bread.
