A brief backstory: Since going back to work during the pandemic and wearing a mask ALL day, I started to realize I was not drinking nearly enough water. I had headaches and would find myself chugging by days end. Thankfully; I discovered liquid iv! Liquid IV has become a part of my daily routine! I absolutely love how being fully hydrated makes me feel. Liquid IV comes in a variety of flavors. I absolutely love them all but some of my favorites are watermelon, açaí, passion fruit, and the *NEW limited edition* flavor pear! Dave is a sucker for the pear and lemon/lime!
