All southbound lanes of Interstate 5 south of Tumwater closed Monday morning due to a crash involving a semi-truck.

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) first reported the crash after 7:30 a.m. Monday.

The truck is leaking diesel, so crews will need time to clean up the scene and conduct an investigation. There is currently no estimated time for reopening.

🚛 truckers have a hard life, if not weather, than traffic, then trying to keep awake, and get where you are supposed to be 🤔
