The trampoline has changed my whole life no more aches and pains from pounding the pavement walking. I bounce 10 minutes a day. The energy is unbelievable takes all your puffiness away and swelling. I wish everybody knew this secret.

Thank you Sandy! I've had a rebounder for a long time and use it on & off (when I'm being "good" and "not)! I love it -- I feel sooo much better when I'm on it -- I have a "rebounder" play list and crank it up and it's just fun. I just need to be more consistent. I've also searched on you tube for 10 to 15 minute rebounder workouts when I want to switch things up. Thanks for motivating me to get back on the rebounder!

A friend of mine sent me a trampoline for my birthday. It is a 40 inch Kenson with steel springs. I could not make it move much and my legs were very sore. I bought a beacon 48 inch trampoline and it has bungee cords and it’s absolutely wonderful! 11:23

Another big reason I use my rebounder is for bone density! So important when we as women are loosing bone density as we age dt hormones changes in our body this is my saving grace for my bone density!! ❤

My MIL has had one of these for several months and it is so fun to just hop on and bounce. I finally decided to get my own since i have very low self dicipline in sticking to an exercise commitment & the fun of bouncing will encourage me to at least get on for a few minutes everyday. Once i get into a habit it will be easier to expand my routine.

My first rebounder from store was returned right after I tried it. A few bounces and I was like nope I’m gonna hurt myself. Bought a leaps and rebounder which I loved but sold when I moved as no room in aframe house for it. After 3 years no rebounder and gaining wait I just purchased a cellercise. I was sold on it after watch a few comparisons videos on bungee vs springs. Then watched David hall talk about it. The foldable design was clincher and not having to unscrew legs makes it so easy. Plus the legs not so high as bungee making me able to use it in room with low ceiling. Got it Wednesday and love it. A bit heavy but expected from the quality and it’s easy to fold. I bought bar too as my 85 year old mother wants to do health bounce and felt she needed bar for safety. She does a 1 minute at a time and getting more comfortable with using it. I do like bar for doing squats and things so glad I got it. Took look at your other videos and like them too such useful info. New sub here. 😊

Yes, yes yes it’s all true. I can’t believe more people don’t know about the rebounder and its benefits. I am 61 and I’ve been using mine two years. It has changed my life everything positive so happy I started bouncing wish I’d known about it years ago.❤ and I do only 10 minutes a day high impact

We just received our 55’ ACON Bungie rebounder and it’s a tremendous piece of kit.
I opted for bungles over springs for different reasons.

I love mine! I placed it in the corner of my living room. I watch TV while doing it. This is my go to especially when it’s extremely hot outside. ❤❤❤

I‘m wearing a cgm for some weeks to get to know how my bloodsugar reacts to my nutrition as I was heading towards Diabetes. I already improved that within 2 months of lifestyle-change. However, a workout on my rebounder that I purchased 2 days ago, makes my bloodsugar drop immensely, especially after a meal and this is just amazing. I started doing a moderate exercise after each meal to avoid bloodsugar spikes. None of those exercises were as efficient as the one on the rebounder. I‘m stunned.

I got a relatively cheap one from off of Amazon, a Homeow, and I love it! It's got the bungee cords and it's SO QUIET!

I had a really old one I got out and started using, just a cheap one. Then I got a bcan one with springs for $150 off of Amazon. It still isn’t an expensive one but the difference is crazy. The cheap one was almost like bouncing on a mat on the floor, very stiff. The bcan one gives way more and doesn’t cause any jarring to the body.
