I think it's perfectly fine to move away from minimalism, especially if you stick within the broader realm of personal development (which is a huge umbrella with many sub-niches under it). I mean, I wouldn't start creating make-up 💄or Minecraft videos. But I'm sure most of us would continue watching your videos if they're not about minimalism because we dig your personality + editing style!

I also get what you're saying about starting a new job. I did the same thing recently, and it means I don't get to publish as many YT videos as I otherwise could have. This is a cliche, but it's a marathon, not a sprint. And you've come so far on YouTube already, your content was one of my main inspirations for starting my own channel. Just make the videos you want to and experiment, moving away from minimalism.

Learning about Wabi-sabi and Ikigai was really inspiring for me. In any case, don't feel pressure to stick to minimalism content and express yourself!! We are here for it.

I've found your channel about 3 months ago and it's really inspiring! I've been minimalist for 30 years but it's like an onion. Under every layer, there is a new layer. One thing I think could be interesting is how it looks like in a food store at your country. Another idea could be hidden gems in your area. Things that tourist will miss but is a fantastic place to view. Like a backyard with calm place and beutiful plants or a nice wabi-sabi zen place.

Thank you for everything you've done so far! I also came into a point where most of the things I search in the web are about sustainability and minimalism that I grew tired of it eventually. I was also so eco conscious that just seeing a single use plastic on sight makes me uncomfortable. It made somewhat clouded my mind so I started to accept things as is. Recently, I wasn't able to behave much of a minimalist until the news about the scientists came about that it reminded me of why I was living in that state in the past. Why I came to love minimalism and sustainability so much. Your videos inspires me to be better. To live better. It reminds me to keep up with the way I'm living and to continue alerting people about the problem at hand. That's why I'm not surprised about this video at all.

Btw, I would like to know how you do your laundry as a minimalist. I can't remember if you've ever done something like this before but if you did, please let me know. Thank you! (・∀・)/
