Spicy Watermelon Mojito Recipe

Let’s make a Spicy Watermelon Mojito with @colettescocktails 🍉 Inspired by the new @kusshibags Al Fresco Collection, featuring @norafleming serveware and minis.

Batched Spicy Watermelon Mojito:
(Recipe makes ~8 cocktails)

• 2 cups of white rum
• 4 cups of spicy watermelon juice*
• 4 cups of coconut water
• 1 cup of pressed coconut water
• 2 cups of freshly squeezed lime juice
• Mix all of the above in a pitcher
• Pour over ice in a highball glass about 2/3 of the glass
• Top rest of glass with club soda
• Garnish with mint and cube of watermelon

*To make the spicy watermelon juice:
Juice roughly half of a watermelon and one jalapeño. If you don’t have a juicer, you can muddle watermelon and jalapeño together in a strainer over a bowl. This will get you about 4 cups of spicy watermelon juice!
