I keep getting the run-around from Freak Athlete trying to get answers for this quesiton:

How is the reverse hyper for glutes? People keep just giving me answers about the lower back, but I'm interested in this as a glute movement. How does it feel? How does it compare to other glute movements you've tried? Do you think bands are enough to make it effective for advanced lifters?
