Undertaker encapsulated it perfectly on a recent episode of his Six Feet Under podcast. He said that he himself was always a better chaser of the champion than the actual champion and I honestly think it’s the exact same thing with Jey. He’s super over but I honestly think he’ll always be better when he has that title to chase for vs. being at the top. I can just think of a lot greater storylines for the former rather than the latter
