Listen, these are African orphans. This is probably the first time they've EVER had any of that food. These orphanages do incredible work. They have no resources, but we have many good people in Africa that try their best with what they have. This is a coomon sight, even in South Africa. God bless those angels and the people that look after them. And God bless Africa. My home.

Incredible that we usually see the less fortunate be more mindful of and generous to other people. What this charity does is incredible as well put the fact that these kids more than likely don't get enough to eat and we're still willing to share is beautiful in a tragic way.

The sign of a good parent that I've always thought of even though I'm not one myself is that you want every child taken care of. Not just your own

My parents adopted 3 kids from Haiti two years ago, my parents had to go out to Florida to to meet the adoption agency, and when they brought them home my little siblings tried hot chocolate for the first time.
They did the same thing, passing the cup around making sure they each got several tastes.
Two years later of them living in America that attribute no longer exists in them. They constantly fight to get every scrap of anything and complain when one sibling gets something they don't.
It's so sad to see, but those kids are kinder than anyone else, I agree.
