My favorite riff as well. It can be played in a round with another guitar for a nice sound as well . Watch the video with the 7 string guitar playing the melody and the harmony at the same time. This will certainly play at my funeral.

When I bought the "Tab Book" 😂 at the local music store, this was the very first piece I set my focus toward learning; it took me a full day's time back then. Next I moved to learning those haunting volume swells that go along with it. The part that you covered was actually a bass part. You could do it on a regular guitar just fine as well though. It is what James does at Metallica shows when they play that song.

I learned this and the last note on open A just strikes me as wrong note... Especially when played slower and you end it there... In normal tempo and when continue loop, sounds ok. But still...
