Amazed me first time I saw it in a magic shop in Copenhagen. In the old days there was actually a tax on playing cards.
So this magician comming into the country had to open his suitcase for costoms inspection and could show that it was all blank cards, but of course as he had to perform his magic later in public, they were all magically printed ordinary cards. As you prove also convincingly 👍.

Good trick. These are spacial cards that stick to each other and some has only faces and some has only backs (meaning the other side is blank)
Their natural state is face stick to back side. Continue from there.
