Using only the DARKEST SWATCH of each item - The Sims 4

In this video, I build a house using only the darkest swatch of each item. So, a variation on the default swatch challenge.

It has a parents' and a child's bedroom and two bathrooms. It's build on the 30x30 lot in Newcrest, costs 78 347 simoleons and is base game only.
