I use a scrap piece of string and place it in the holes that 2 strings share so when i get to point that 2nd string is ready to push it in as i pull scrap out

When playing with guts, this grommet was essential, since it avoided the breakage of the gut when it had contact with wet clay and it remained stuck to the frame of the racket.
IT WAS A WAY TO AVOID HUMIDITY.

Another way to pull enough strings for 18 mains, is to pull the strings 9 times across the length of the racket 27 inches each time, and then pull it one more time from the end of the buttcap to around the top taper of the grip or to the throat and you should have exactly enough string for the main.

Where do you get your tubing? From time to time I have to tube and with the clear ones that are larger gauge they do make it more challenging.

Something I like to do with the end of the string on tough ports put some lip balm on it. Now you get to find a use for a near empty lip balm container

On that tight turnoff grommet, I like to do the Wilson Pro Knot. It’s not as bulky.

As you said this is a demo. What do you like to string your demos with and what tension? As to appeal to a wide variety of players going to demo a racquet.

I play with Baolat pure aero-2017-18 version. Is there any special way for stringing this racket as most of the strangers here do it wrong in which the cross strings donot fall in the proper place in the racket grommet?

This racquet is not any harder to string than any other 18x20 not sure what the point was. Also stop cinching knots with a machine.

19:00. In those cases I use a piece of a firmer string (poly, cutted at an angle as you showed), when the synthetic gut crosses don´t pass through easily. That opens a path, and doesn´t damage the existing string.

Sort of related question: how difficult is replacing the bumper guard/grommets on the Prestige MP? I've done it for the RF97 and found it pretty straightforward. I've been told that replacing the bumper guard/grommets on a Babolat, though, is a nightmare. Where does the Prestige CAP grommets fall along this continuum? Great content, by the way!
