Cut chicken breast, fresh bacon cooked on a hot plate, a sauce of your choice (I like mayo on mine) in a thick nudger barm and coat in a thick layer of gooey melted cheese and season with black pepper and chives

Using the food processor for making pesto is okay, but I highly recommend swapping the olive oil with the grana padano/pecorino in the processor. If you process everything together it will turn into a saucy (liquid) consistence which is not ideal.
Add the oil only after processing and incorporate manually, the pesto will have a much better texture and if you are planning on using it as a spread it will behave more like a paste rather than a sauce!
