When you do Veronica’s quest, you can pick the option of getting the Helios One targeting gun. After figuring out it’s in Freeside, you can ask around to see who has it. If you ask the bum across from Mick and Ralph’s with low intelligence, instead of the usual slurred bum speech you get a really eloquent and classy encounter.

The thing I hate about low Int is 99% of dialogue is untouched, so most of the time you speak normally and only occasionally talk like the absolute grug you want to play as.

Repsonse as "Pizza" or "Warm" to the Followers chap in Helios. Also, the drunk Vagrant has an extremely intellectual conversation with you when looking for Euclids C Finder in Veronica's personal quest.
