after I delete the public and .cashe folders, while restarting the application it recreates them, and then the application is again not able to start. just showing a bunch of errors. One of them says: 'This is probably not a problem with npm. There is likely additional logging output above.'

Good tutoring. I have deployed a react app to netlify but it only open on my system and not others. Also doesn't work on mobile phones. What could be the issue? I have done everything right and contacted their customer support team but no solution.
